1. If you are located within the European Union and
do not supply a valid VAT number, we are required to add VAT at 17.5%. All UK
orders will have VAT added to the price. UK companies, please contact us if you
would like an invoice in pounds sterling.
2. If you send us a Purchase order, we will deliver
the product with an invoice on 30 days credit. We reserve the right to request
payment in advance in some circumstances.
3. There are two alternatives for delivery. Both
require a signature upon delivery. The fastest and most reliable is DHL. We also
offer recorded delivery via the post office. This may take up to three weeks to
arrive in some locations. UK orders are shipped guaranteed next day by noon.
