Discussing everything from Time Servers to GPS's.

Hello,
it is possible that we want to buy your Product "PresenTense Time Client".
Because of that I have tested the Product. We want to install it on different Servers in our Network.
Now an example:
Perhaps we have following Servers:
Server1
Server2
Server3
At all of these Servers we will install the PresentTense Time Client.
Now we click to the "Internet Time Server" at the Client-Window and put in one Reference Time Server inside our Network.
Now when there is a Problem with the Connection or the Reference Time Server does not answer to one of the three Servers (Server1,-2,-3) I want to get an email where the Name of the Sender is the Name of the Server (for example "Sender: Server1"). And then for example there should be the Text inside "Primary Server Timeout". So it is easier for me to look where the Problem could be and also I want to know everytime where the Problem is!
In your Product (at least in the Test-Version) the Sender is not named inside the Mail. How can I change this or can you upgrade the Version, so that it is possible?
I am looking for your answer.
Best regards

Having the message include the name of the server is not supported in version 3.9 however it is operational in version 4.0 which has not yet been released.
The SMTP alarm options have been improved in version 4.0 due to customer requests. Many types of SMTP auth are supported as is multiple recipients for alarm messages.
